Collision is a diverse group of college and twentysomethings who see a need to get back to what the body of Christ is suppose to be. Jesus gave us the example of living the life of a servant and this is what we strive to reflect through our ministry. We're actively involved with outreaches and non-profits throughout the community with the hope that the love of Christ will be on full display.
While our heart is to serve, we also know that we face some of our most life changing times when we're in our twenties. For too many years, twentysomethings have felt a disconnect in church. Collision is about sharing the highs and lows of life with people who really care. God has created us to be relational people and that is why we see everyone as more than a number on a stat sheet.
Collision Coffee House Each Thursday night we host Collision Coffee House at Solid Rock. It's a night of acoustic worship, a relevant word and sharing stories with friends. "Family" is probably the best way to describe the community that God has built since this ministry started in 2008.
Our community of students, artists, military members, full-time workers, singles and young couples would love to meet you and hear your story.
Back to the Basics We read about the early church in the Bible and see a group of people who loved others and lived lives with purpose. The understanding of the body of Christ has been lost over the years. The people that make up the Collision family come from different denominations and backgrounds. This diversity helps us share new ideas and visions for how ministry can be done in new ways.
We always have something going on around Collision and we'd love to get you plugged into a group of passionate college and twentysomethings. Be sure to check our Collision Event Calendar for the next upcoming event.
Make Contact You can reach us a couple ways, but the best way is for you to come to one of our Thursday night Coffee House services. We are located at:
